BELLE STRUMMER, played by ELLEN MACNEVIN
A former Duchess of Helsington, Belle is used to the finer things in life, especially if those finer things involve murdering those who cross her. Thanks to a clerical error, she is the current owner of the Spitz and Ass Tavern, the home base for the Heroes of Tarkindale. She is in a loving relationship with Ingrid Giantsdottir, the Halfling Weaponmaster.
BENOIT THE ANOINTED, played by IAN BOOTHBY
Expelled from Undersea University, Benoit developed a hatred for nature and became an anti-nature activist. He wields The Sparklemace, which, in addition to packing quite a wallop, permanently stains his enemies with a glittery scar. He has entrusted his soul to Freya for safekeeping, and we’re all sure that’s going to turn out just fine.
BRASK HELLBEARD, played by SHAUN STEWART
Brask’s brother, Thrask, was a founding member of The Heroes of Tarkindale. He was sadly killed on his first adventure. However, Brask believes the spirit of his brother has been transferred into a large 8-sided die, and has frequent chats with him. Brask is the father of Odin Eddie Gygax Hellbeard, a child of uncertain age he had with his ex-wife, Ingrid Giantsdottir.
EDDA, played by JOANNA GASKELL
An Elf Barbarian and founding member of the Heroes of Tarkindale, Edda gave her life to save the world by drinking the Apocalypse Juice from the Green Goblet of Galindor. It was really sad. Seriously. You wouldn’t have expected it from a comedy show. Edda periodically reappears for guest appearances whenever the Heroes wind up in Hell — which is more often than you’d think.

FREYA, played by JOANNA GASKELL
Freya appeared fully formed in a cloud of brimstone and sulfur. She has no memory of the time prior to said cloud, but she knows that some of it was spent traveling various planes of reality and wandering through Hell. She has a child with Fritz Lube’n (brother of Spitz), and is the head of “The Church of the Happy Smiling Face,” which is essentially a protection racket.
INGRID GIANTSDOTTIR played by BARBARA BEALL
Ingrid is a true Weaponmaster, able to wield anything she can lift (or push or drag) as a deadly weapon. A Halfling raised by Cloud Giants, Ingrid is also gifted with their secret skill of scaring the pants off of those who rile her. She is mother to Odin Eddie Gygax Hellbeard, and is in a loving relationship with Belle Strummer.
SPITZ LUBE’N played by ALLEN MORRISON
Spitz is the former owner of both the Spitz and Ass Tavern and the (now filled in) Tarkindale Pit. A self-described “box of broken toys,” Spitz is on a never-ending search for character development. He casts Fireball to win arguments.
